The lovely guys down at The Edge Nails contacted me again to see if I would do another review for them. Click here to see my previous review which was more gel polish. Today's post is about their new range of nail polish called Annika. They sent me four colours to try out and I even did a nail art look with a few of them!

26 GNAI - Blue and silver - Uber Chic Far East
Yey the nail art challenge is back but this time it's 26 Great Nail art ideas! I managed to rope a few more bloggers/instagrammers into this challenge so hope you're ready to see lots of cool manis. The prompts are a bit easier to follow this time and have a lot of room for interpretation which I think is great. Today's prompt is blue and silver. I was sent the Uber Chic Far East 02 plate to review by Alex from Nail-Artisan and as soon as I saw the little bird images I wanted it on my nail in blue...don't ask me why lol I just did!

Collection 2 Step Solar Gel Polsihes swatches and review
Monday is here already! You may be thinking this is not a normal day for me to post as I usually just do Tuesdays and Fridays. I'm going to change my schedule a little bit and post three times a week and then twice a week and alternate it like that. This is because I am starting another nail art challenge which will occur every other Friday. I'm sure you guys won't mine extra posts here and there :)
On to today's post and I have some 2 Step Solar Shine Gel Nail Polish by Collection to share with you. This is actually regular polish but it has a high shine finish and is meant to replicate the look of gel polish.

Meebox Pumpkin Spice review and nail art
Over in America at this time of the year everyone goes crazy for Pumpkin Spice lattes so it's very fitting that Meebox has gone with Pumpkin Spice for Octobers theme! In this box there are some awesome goodies as you can see. Three nail polishes, a stamping plate and a clear stamper and scraper set. I was very excited when I opened it and saw a Bundle Monster Clear Monocle stamper as I've after a stamper like this for a while now.

40 GNAI - Earth Tones - Tartan - Nicole Diary review
So today is my last 40 GNAI post. I've really enjoyed this challenge over the last year as it's made me try things I wouldn't normally do. Hopefully there will be a new one starting soon but we'll see! Today's post is very Autumnal with earth colours and I had to chose from a few different patterns and I went with tartan. I went through a bit of a tartan phase last year and I still love it! This prompt gave me the perfect opportunity to show you plate ND112 from Nicole Diary.

Candy Coat gel polish review plus nail art
Hey guys. I hope you are well. The weather has taken a turn this week and it's feeling more autumnal but I have some brights ans holo on the blog today...because that's how I roll! Candy Coat are a fun online gel polish company that specialise in gorgeous bright candy coloured gel polish, hence the name. They have over 320 colours available and offer a few different buying options. They have Pick 'n' Mix, Colour box and Subscription box. For my review I chose 3 colours from the Pink 'n' Mix menu and they also included a base coat, a top coat and a super shiny no wipe top coat.

Professional Beauty North - September 2016
Hey guys! Today's post is going to be different from the norm. I am visiting Professional Beauty North on Sunday in Manchester so I thought I would write up a quick post just explaining what it's all about. PB North is one of the largest beauty showcases in the north. It is host to over 500 brands and also two additional shows, Salon North and Aesthetic Medicine. They also have a lot of seminars but I haven't actually booked in on any. It is spread over Sunday the 18th and Monday the 19th of September.

40 GNAI - Peach and Lemon - Gradient
This week's instalment of 40 GNAI is a bit delayed due to my Uber Chic review that I had to post on Friday. If you haven't checked it out then I seriously think you should! anyway, back to the task at hand! This week's theme was peach or lemon and I had to do a gradient. So I actually used both colours and did a stamping gradient over a gradient.

Nail-Artisan review - Uber Chic Halloween 02, Who gives a hoot and Lovely leaves
*Picture heavy
Today's post was mean to be a 40 GNAI mani, but I've had to reschedule that for this weekend as there are new Uber Chic plates tonight! I am super stoked about these and luckily I've had the week off work so when the plates arrived with me yesterday from Nail-Artisan, I stayed up late to get a mani done with each plate. There are a few surprises on these plates too!

Willy Wonka Inspired nails - Tribute to Gene Wilder
Come with me, And you'll be, In a world of pure imagination..... This week we heard the sad new that another legend has been taken from this Earth. Gene Wilder sadly passed away and I just had to pay tribute to him. I don't know many of his films but there is one that was a massive part of my childhood, Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory.
