Uber Chic Succulents and Great Outdoors - Nail-Artisan review

So that's another working week over! Feels like it's been a hard slog to get to Friday don't you think? If there's any mistakes in this post, it's because I was half asleep when I wrote it :/ . I have a double plate review for you today and it's some items from the lovely Alex at Nail-Artisan. This post contains two mini Uber chic plates. Succulents and Great Outdoors.

So here's a closer look at the Succulents plate and Great Outdoors plate. They are both mini plates and the measurements are 6cm x 12cm with the full sizes images being 17mm x 21mm. They both have such a great range of images and I love that there's a lot of smaller single images.

For my Succulents mani I was a bit unsure what to do at first as I hadn't really heard much about Succulents! I'm not really into plants but when I was in Wilkos recently I noticed some little Succulent plants on the shelf and the tips of them had been coloured with neons. So that's where I got my inspiration from! The base coat is two coats of Pookie from Pretty Serious. The plain stamped images came out so crisp and neat. For those I used Nail-artisan jumbo glazed galaxy stamper and B. A mint from colour alike.
To make the little plants I stamped the image in black and then coloured them in using various polishes (listed below) and applied to my nail once dry.
Danglefoot nail polish - Ditch the diet and Dress to impress
China Glaze - Turned up turquoise.

After I finished this mani I couldn't stop singing "If you go down in the woods today, you're sure of a big surprise, If you go down in the woods today, you'd better go in disguise" Can anyone name that song?! Let me know in the comments if you can hehe!
The colours in this mani are Tangled in Secrets and Snake Pit from Jessica and White on White from China glaze. I stamped the acorns and colours them in using the Jessica polishes and applied to my nail once dry. I attempted to do a dry brush technique on my pinky to go under the logs but it didn't quite work lol.

You can buy both of these plates from Nail-Artisan for £5.99 along with loads of other nail related items.

What do you think to my manis? Do you have green fingers or do you love the outdoors more?

Bye for now x
