Uber Chic Sweet April - Nail-Artisan review

Happy hump day guys! I have a very beautiful plate to show you today from Nail-Artisan. It's so beautiful, I almost didn't want to take the blue film off and use it.

Sweet April  is a plate by Uber Chic that is a special edition and usually only released at this time of the year. I features a beautiful lady, stunning cherry blossoms, gorgeous birds and more! It's a buffet style plate of one big image. Here's some more info about the plate directly from the Nail-Artisan description.

"This is a very special release for us… This plate’s design is actually taken directly off the pages of a very old fairytale book called Dream Boats and Other Stories. The book was published almost 100 years ago yet it’s illustrations are simply timeless. We decided to share one of our most favourite illustrations from the book
as a very unique and versatile nail stamp plate.

We’ve included the short story that was scanned and archived by New York Public Library in the above images as well. We hope you enjoy this fanciful and extremely unique plate taken straight from the dusty pages of a book full of fairytales."
As it's so beautiful and delicate I really didn't know what to do for a mani. So I went safe and went with a classic stamped mani.

For my based I used two coats of this gorgeous navy with some sparkly bits, Nottingham but Powder Perfect.

I used Barry M Foil effects in Silver to stamp a sort of matching design across my nails.

Then on my thumb I placed the lady.

The designs picked up so well and surprising the plate was really easy to clean. As it's quite intricate I thought it might be a issue but nope!

You can get this plate from Nail-Artisan for £12.25 as well as lots of other nail art items!

What do you think to this plate?

Bye for now x
