Violet is the colour prompt for this weeks 40 GNAI and I think there will be a lot of different types of Violet among the other bloggers posts. Everyone's interpretation of colour is so different and I guess that's what great about these types of challenges. I had camouflage as my pattern prompt. Not sure what happened with the polish on my pinky...so lets just ignore that!
For the base I used two coats of Wish I had an angel from Dark Metal Lacquer which is a gorgeous purple holo. I used this as my violet base as it was the best polish I thought I had to represent violet. It's more of a cool toned purple.
I doubled stamped an image from Uber Chic plate 2-03 to get the camo effect. I used Barry M Silver and EDK Pinguno. I also used a new to me top coat for the stamping, Moyra. So far I like it and it is quite fast drying too which is great.
