Hey guys. Hope you've had a good week. It was my first week back at work after a week off and it was ok lol back to the grind stone eh?! This week's 26 GNAI was water so I attempted to try watermarbling again...with a twist!
I used Blanc Out from China Glaze as the base and the polishes from the watermarble were all from the Soft Pop collection by Models Own. They watermarble so well but my camera doesn't like pastel neons unfortunately. The twist behind these nails were that I didn't actually dip into the water! I left the pattern to dry on the surface of the water for around 1 minute and then dunked my stamper into the polish. Then I slowly removed them stamper and left the marble for maybe a minute or two? Then I pressed it onto my nails! I did apply Yellow stopper to my nails to help it adhere better.
I was pretty happy with my first go at this technique, which I saw on the Smacker Lacquer's Insta account.
What do you think of this mani? Would you try this technique?
