40 GNAI - Red, yellow and green - Half and half - Nicole Diary review

Today I have my penultimate post of 40 Great Nail Art Ideas and I will be so sad when it ends in a few weeks time! I have teamed this post with a review of a stamping plate that was sent to me by Nicole Diary. The colour prompt was red, yellow and green and my pattern was half and half.

For my base I used Bunny Foo-Foo (which is more mint than green!) and Little Duckling from the Pastel Pet name collection by PS Cosmetics. As I went along my nails I alternated the colours.

To incorporate the red I used an image from plate ND111.

As you can see it is the image in the top right but I just used one line down the middle of the nail rather than the whole image. I found that it stamped really well and the image picked up from the plate really well! Can you believe this plate works out to be only 80p!?

Here are a few swatches from the plate. I used Joana from EDK and my Nail-Artisan jumbo glazed galaxy stamper.

To finish my mani I top coated with Seche Vite.

So what did you think of my half and half mani? Have you bought anything from Nicole Diary before?

Bye for now x
