Over in America at this time of the year everyone goes crazy for Pumpkin Spice lattes so it's very fitting that Meebox has gone with Pumpkin Spice for Octobers theme! In this box there are some awesome goodies as you can see. Three nail polishes, a stamping plate and a clear stamper and scraper set. I was very excited when I opened it and saw a Bundle Monster Clear Monocle stamper as I've after a stamper like this for a while now.
All swatches were pictured without top coat.
I swatched my favourite polish first! Venus Desire from Leighton Denny is a sumptuous chocolate brown which is packed with fine rose gold shards. Just look how gorgeous it is! I really reminded me of Autumn and when all the leaves start to turn. It's nearly opaque in one coat but two is best.
Clementine from Crabtree and Evelyn is a lovely creamy orange and it has a subtle shimmer to it. I'm not usually an orange polish fan but I quite liked this one! I used three thin coats, as after two you could still see my nail line.
The last polish from this months box is Nude No.1 by Lauren B. The polish is described as a porcelain with a hint of peach but I found it to be more vanilla coloured. It had a streaky first and second coat but it evened out on the third.
I used the stamper and the plate to create this mani, along with all three colours. It's a bit of a boring mani but I don't really like small plates so I think I felt a bit uninspired. I really loved the stamper as it's a great size and nice to hold but I found the plate to be a bit problematic. Unfortunately, I struggled to get a perfect pick up so just got fed up in the end lol! I did read on another review that they were having issues but another person said it picked up perfectly for them. So I'm not sure whether to think it's my stamping and because I don't like small plates or if it is the plate? Who knows.
