So who's excited for The Walking Dead to return to our screens tonight? I know I am :D I'm so excited that I had to do some themed nails after I saw that She Sells Seashells were selling the Uber Chic Zombie Love plate.
How awesome is this plate?! It even has little silhouettes of Rick and Daryl from The Walking Dead.
For the white I used Cassella's Limitless which was in this month's Meebox (review coming on Wednesday!) On these nails I stamped some silhouettes from the Zombie Love plate. The blood splatter image is from MoYou Pro XL plate 07.
On my pinky I used Esmaltes De Kelly, Kaa as a base colour rather than using it as a stamping polish. Then I stamped the warning image onto my Uber Mat and applied it as a decal. I did it this way because when I stamped it on my Cindy hand the image warped no matter how careful I was. I think this is because the lines and writing are so small, and I don't think it helps that my nails are quite curvy.
I applied MoYou London Nail Lacquer in Pink! on my pointer and I also used this on my thumb for stamping.
Pink! was a perfect brain colour and it stamps really well. I also placed Walking Dead over the brain image as tribute to one of my favourite programmes.
For all the large full nail images I used my new Fab Ur Nails Jumbo stamper and I love it! To place the smaller images I used Fab Ur Nails Gold stamper which is too small for my nails but perfect for the little images.
